With over 20 years’ experience in talent acquisition, Alison has recruited across a broad range of roles and industries, including education, FMCG, healthcare, agriculture and manufacturing. Alison’s passion for talent acquisition stems from genuine regard for each candidates’ career journey, the innate desire to provide excellence in service to her clients and the “challenge of the chase.

Bobby Semple is the Founder of Simplified Recruitment Solutions, and has over 15 years of experience in the industry and have recruited for companies such as Roll's Royce, Goodrich Aviation, Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist and My Beauty Spot.  His favourite thing about recruitment is seeing a candidate grow and business grow at the same time – it’s a win-win situation.  He loves playing lawn bowls (when he can) and walking my Pomski (half Pomeranian half-husky dog).

  • Adam specialises in facilitation, coaching, program design, project management and assessment within corporate, government and not-for-profit environments. 

     

    In terms of style, Adam has a direct, warm and honest approach, and works with a pragmatic and commercial lens and he likes to challenge individual thinking. 

  • Alex has 15 years IT recruitment experience, running his own recruitment and consulting business for 10 of those. For the past 5 years he has helped owners sell their dental and healthcare practices.  

     

    Alex has been a part of the Project Displaced team since we began and has helped hundreds of job seekers.

  • Annabelle has over 20 years experience working with people on transitions, career management and executive coaching.

    coach with Center for Creative Leadership.

  • Brett is an internationally experienced HR Director, who has led HR strategy & organisational change in regional and multinational businesses, transformed HR delivery digital solutions and won national awards for talent development programs in both the UK and Australia. He is a deeply experienced HR executive who brings an in-depth understanding of organisational change & transformation, culture and talent management approaches to his work.

  • Dana started her journey in recruitment with an agency over 20 years ago and has never lost the passion for matching people to jobs. Dana has been a part of the Project Displaced team since its creation and is one our most popular and sought after consultants. She brings a deep personal connection and level of understanding to all of her sessions that creates spark and confidence in the job seekers that she helps.

  • After an early-life career in management and leadership roles in Europe and Australia David has been based for the last 20+ years in Melbourne. His passion is helping people and organisation’s to do better and he is privileged to work with executives, aspiring managers, and leaders of all kinds to do just that. His more recent involvement and interest in coaching, provides a good background for anyone wanting support. 

  • David combines 25 years’ experience as a senior leader both in Business and HR roles.  He is passionate about coaching people through all stages of their careers to realise their full potential.

  • Doug’s experience of the workforce solutions industry spans 16 years, covering European and APAC territories; leading programmes in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, India, Indonesia and Australia.

A demonstrated track record of operating at both the strategic and execution levels as a genuine business partner, through business change, transformation and growth leveraging my commercial acumen which positions me well to provide support in career planning, and search from a strategic and practical perspective.

  • Emma has over 7 years experience in recruitment, having seen both agency and client side is well equipped to advise on interviewing, job applications and CV reviews. She has offered developmental and career coaching to candidates and employees throughout her career

  • Iris is an international certified Business and Personal Life Coach with a focus on positive psychology –  an approach that considers your personal and professional strengths and long-term wellbeing.  She worked 20+ years as Marketing Professional across different countries and has vast experience in brand, product and category management and in-depth knowledge across industries such as FMCG, technical goods and consultancy.

  • Lisa is a HR senior leader with over 15 years experience, skilled in all areas of HR including executive advisory, organisational change, talent and career development. With a passion and drive for coaching and developing people to achieve their career goals and ambitions.

  • Lois is an international non-profit recruiter, outplacement services provider and certified professional career coach.

     

    Her International Coach Federation accredited certifications include resume writing, personal branding and social branding. Lois specialises in career coaching, job search and interview coaching, LinkedIn profiles, resume and cover letter writing.

  • Lucy has over 20 years’ HR experience in financial services, retail and government and is passionate about supporting others build confidence and be the best that they can be.

  • Michael has extensive experience in training and mentoring. He is an associate of The Asian Leadership Institute, a former faculty member of The School of Life, and now runs a Mindfulness-based Leadership and Positive Neuroplasticity outfit called Happy Habits Coaching. 

  • Michelle, a qualified accountant, transitioned her own career to change management and leadership coaching. With over 25 years working in various corporate environments, she offers valuable insights to people seeking a career change.

  • Nathan is a Provisional Psychologist, he has completed five years of full time training including a Masters of Professional Psychology and is completing his sixth year internship in order to achieve his qualification as a General Psychologist. Nathan has a broad range of experience working with high risk adolescents, complex family systems and providing a range of therapeutic approaches in order for clients to achieve the best outcomes possible.

  • Adept in life and leadership coaching, Nerida brings her knowledge and expertise from successful careers in large and small organisations. With diverse professional expertise, combined with a MSc Coaching Psychology, and Yoga Teacher Certification, Nerida integrates her knowledge of wellbeing, in conjunction with the latest academic research from complementary fields, she creatively brings unique perspectives, to any context which supports clients through personal and professional challenges.

  • Rachel has a 20 year background working in Creative Services in advertising agencies, she recently retrained as a professional life coach utilising skills developed managing multiple projects, individuals and teams. 

    Rachel is a great listener with a practical and pragmatic approach to coaching with her clients.

    She specialises in helping clients to understand and utilise their skills, build confidence, organise their time and thoughts and set realistic goals.

  • Practice Lead - HR and Recruitment

     

    Rachel is our Director of HR and is an experienced HR leader with more than 15 years professional experience in corporate HR including Virgin Australia, and IKEA.

    Rachel has been the dynamic force behind our consulting practice since the beginning of Project Displaced.

  • Rebecca is an experienced HR leader with more than 20 years professional experience. She is known for being approachable and a pragmatic problem solver with a genuine interest in developing and coaching individuals to unlock their potential, personal growth and career success. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a certified executive coach with experience in the use of diagnostic tools for high performance, personality profiling and strengths-based leadership.

  • Rowena Morais is an editor, writer, marketer and communications professional. The former Founding Editor of HR Matters Magazine, a niche Human Resource publication which ran for eight years, Rowena helps organisations and senior executives with their communication, branding and content development initiatives. Invited to the TEDx stage twice, Rowena delivers workshops on leveraging LinkedIn and has a Skillshare class, Build Influence through LinkedIn.

  • Sarah is an insightful and driven leader, change agent, and coach with 15+ years’ experience.

     

    Sarah is an experienced coach, who takes a solution-focused, evidence-based approach, drawing from the field of positive psychology. A specialist in leadership and transitional coaching, Sarah’s skills, and experience, combined with a strengths-based approach enables her to assist clients to reach their potential

  • Shane is an experienced IT Recruitment consultant focused on the Western Sydney market. Shane has a passion for health & fitness and giving back to his community in ways such as mentoring high school students and volunteering at different charity events. Coming from an industry that has been hit very hard by the effects of COVID, Shane feels he can help out in an advisory capacity people that may be struggling to get back into the workforce.

  • Sharon Gerber has over 15 years of experience within Recruitment and Human Resources, having worked directly within FMGC, financial services, retail and wholesale industries.
