Bobby Semple is the Founder of Simplified Recruitment Solutions, and has over 15 years of experience in the industry and have recruited for companies such as Roll's Royce, Goodrich Aviation, Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist and My Beauty Spot. His favourite thing about recruitment is seeing a candidate grow and business grow at the same time – it’s a win-win situation. He loves playing lawn bowls (when he can) and walking my Pomski (half Pomeranian half-husky dog).

Darren has over 15 years’ experience within Recruitment and is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Australia, New Zealand and Korea for a Fortune 500 Company. Darren has previously founded and sold his own retained executive search firm and initially started his career within the Forensics Team of a Global Accounting Firm.
