Bobby Semple is the Founder of Simplified Recruitment Solutions, and has over 15 years of experience in the industry and have recruited for companies such as Roll's Royce, Goodrich Aviation, Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist and My Beauty Spot. His favourite thing about recruitment is seeing a candidate grow and business grow at the same time – it’s a win-win situation. He loves playing lawn bowls (when he can) and walking my Pomski (half Pomeranian half-husky dog).
Adam specialises in facilitation, coaching, program design, project management and assessment within corporate, government and not-for-profit environments.
In terms of style, Adam has a direct, warm and honest approach, and works with a pragmatic and commercial lens and he likes to challenge individual thinking.
Alex has 15 years IT recruitment experience, running his own recruitment and consulting business for 10 of those. For the past 5 years he has helped owners sell their dental and healthcare practices.

Carol is the principal HR business partner and strength Coach in her consulting business. With 20 years experience in both global organisations and small-medium business, she has a strong understanding of the challenges that people face.
Carol is a certified coach by IECL with a passion to help individuals identify and leverage their strengths and become more effective at work and life. Her approach is open and transparent, strength-focussed, and empowering.
Claire is committed to make a difference in the life of others and helping them achieve their goals. Her strengths lie in her strategic thinking, ability to connect and understand people and her genuine care to help others grow. Claire has been coaching for 15 years in Europe and Asia Pacific and is passionate about learning, growing and personal development. She has held leadership roles in sales, marketing and key account management in international organisations.
Claire has a master’s degree in business management, is a certified Executive Coach (with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership) and is an NLP Practitioner.
Dana started her journey in recruitment with an agency over 20 years ago and has never lost the passion for matching people to jobs. Dana has been a part of the Project Displaced team since its creation and is one our most popular and sought after consultants. She brings a deep personal connection and level of understanding to all of her sessions that creates spark and confidence in the job seekers that she helps.
Darren has over 15 years’ experience within Recruitment and is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Australia, New Zealand and Korea for a Fortune 500 Company. Darren has previously founded and sold his own retained executive search firm and initially started his career within the Forensics Team of a Global Accounting Firm.
Darren enjoys mentoring and coaching candidates so they can achieve their full potential as they navigate the recruitment and interview process with more ease.

Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a certified executive coach with experience in the use of diagnostic tools for high performance, personality profiling and strengths-based leadership.
