ALISON LICCIARDELLO

With over 20 years’ experience in talent acquisition, Alison has recruited across a broad range of roles and industries, including education, FMCG, healthcare, agriculture and manufacturing. Alison’s passion for talent acquisition stems from genuine regard for each candidates’ career journey, the innate desire to provide excellence in service to her clients and the “challenge of the chase.

Bobby Semple is the Founder of Simplified Recruitment Solutions, and has over 15 years of experience in the industry and have recruited for companies such as Roll's Royce, Goodrich Aviation, Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist and My Beauty Spot. His favourite thing about recruitment is seeing a candidate grow and business grow at the same time – it’s a win-win situation. He loves playing lawn bowls (when he can) and walking my Pomski (half Pomeranian half-husky dog).

Anthony (Ant) is a seasoned senior leader passionate about creating remarkable experiences for both customers, and staff.

He specialises in complex customer experience, sponsorship, marketing and brand programs across both the private and government sectors and has been the brand guardian for some Australia's most iconic and high profile brands across airlines, travel, tourism, and telecommunications.

Gina Balarin is the Founder and Managing Director of Verballistics. She is passionate about communication in all its forms and inspires, coaches and writes for B2B organisations across the globe to amplify their reach using authentic customer, leadership and employee storytelling.

She’s a CIM Chartered marketer, an author, consultant, strategist and TEDx speaker and joined Project Displaced as part of her mission to end human suffering at work

A Tax Lawyer for over 20 years, David has worked for Australian and international clients including private clients, high net wealth individuals and operating businesses in a range of industries. His passion, drive and expertise in Tax Law have helped them achieve personal and financial success.

KATYA NOBLE

Company Secretary

Katya has over 20 years experience in one of Australia's largest and most iconic brands and is a natural leader with an outstanding track record of success.

Agile at heart and a deeply strategic thinker, Katya joined Neu21, to lead their Sydney market, in 2019. Passionate about making the experience of work better for everyone, she consults to some of Australia's most well known brands.

Katya brings first hand experience of large corporates, business acumen, and a unique ability to navigate and communicate with different levels within an organisation from the C-Suite to the frontline.

RAYMOND WHITTEN AM

Non Executive Director

Ray is currently Executive Chairman of Viking Mines Limited ASX: VKA, and has extensive experience in running public companies and Government bodies.

Ray was Chairman of the National Stock Exchange when it listed on the ASX. Ray was formerly Deputy Chairman of the Safety, Return to Work and Support Board and was previously Chair of the Motor Accidents Authority, Chair of the Workers Compensation and Work Health and Safety Council, Deputy Chair of the Workers Compensation Insurance Fund Investment Board and a Director of the WorkCover NSW Board.

LIJA WILSON

Lija Wilson is the founder of Puffling, a platform connecting senior candidates with progressive organisations who value diversity and are committed to supporting a better future of work.

Lija has worked for some of Australia’s biggest brands including Fairfax Media and Qantas, with over 20 years experience in senior marketing and strategy roles.

She is a passionate innovator and industry participant. In 2018, she was the Jury Chair for the Digital + Technology Collective AMY Awards and has received a number of awards and accolades for her work in championing gender diversity at the leadership level.

DAVID VINCENT

David Vincent is an experienced executive manager who has successfully led multiple transformations in Human Resources and General Insurance businesses.

With a strong global perspective and extensive network, his leadership experience allows him to straddle different worlds and encourage effective collaboration across business disciplines.

Balancing an operational background in strategy, planning, and risk with executive coaching and change leadership, David brings a focus on process and governance to ensure strategy is translated into meaningful outcomes.
